REFUND POLICY

Terms of return of Products
From the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer has a maximum period of 14 additional days to return, at his expense. The Products concerned must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging, accessories, etc.). The return of the Products will ideally be accompanied by the return form duly completed, with the return number provided by the Site. The costs and risks associated with the return of the Products are the responsibility of the Customer. These costs for a delivery in metropolitan France are estimated at a maximum of approximately 10 euros excluding tax. Any returned Product must be sent to the following address:

Repayment
If the above conditions are met, the Site will reimburse the Customer for the sums incurred when ordering the Products concerned, with the exception of the return costs incurred by the Customer. This refund will be made using the same means of payment as that used in the initial transaction. Reimbursement within 14 days from the date of exercise of the right of withdrawal. The Site may defer reimbursement until the day it receives the returned Products or until the Customer provides proof of shipment of the Products concerned, the date chosen being that of the first of these events.
